Managed Service

For clearly defined and stable processes, services or applications, a managed service arrangement can work well and avoids the complexity and risk of either managing a service in-house from day-to-day or dealing with the inevitable routine of maintenance, patching and upgrades.

For a fixed monthly fee we will take care of the services in scope and handle whatever we need to in order to achieve a specified SLA. This may include monitoring, alerting and callouts.
